I have a WRX 94 and need to know just what to expect from the clutch. If I floor it in the dry and drop the clutch, should I get any clutch slip at all ?
In the wet is just lights up the tyres but in the dry its as if the clutch slips a little

Far be it for me to preach, especially in the matters of larging it up in yer motor. But that really is a bad idea to do on a regular.
Anyway, it all depends how many miles are on the clutch, and if you do it more than a couple of times on the trot, it will slip.
I've done it twice (for a laugh) and my clutch didnt slip, and **** me was it fast off the lights.

I too have a MY94 WRX, and after about 45,000 miles and some mild teaking the clutch started to slip, so it was replaced with an organic Group N clutch plate and new cover from PTS in St. Albans? and I never had another problem (and the car puts out 280-290bhp now)

Just a point, but if the clutch dosen't slip then the next weakest point is the gearbox.
