To all you owners of P1s,
My newly acquired P1 has just started to annoy me to high hell by squeaking every time I go over some bumpy road, so pretty much all the time. Anyway I located the offending part to be right underneath me i.e. the drivers seat. It sounds like springs in a duff bed to be honest and isn't very good considering the cars only done 2,900 miles.

The seats are the standard P1 seats, not the prodrive WR version. Any of you had the same problem?

I own a MY00 not a P1 but my passenger seat also makes a noise when I drive over a bumpy surface. It's not so much a squeak as a knocking noise but I can actually see the top half of the passenger seat move over bumpy surfaces.

It is also VERY annoying...

 

I have a 94 wrx and my drivers seat also squeaks , sounds as though it is coming from the back support rather than seat itself.

It is annoying though
