Hi,

I have a WRX STi 2003 , i have had a new downpipe and decat and back box from Scooby sport.

What other mods/power increases can i perform .I do not want to do anything to heavy EG new turbo etc .May be light engine mods.

Also can the standard ECU be remapped to suit the new exhaust and increase boost?

And finally what dump valve would you recommend?

Any suggestions welcome.

First, off you have not already checked your boost levels and compensated for boost spikes by increasing the restrictor diameter in the boost control solenoid line then do so asap as boost spikes are inevitable with a free flowing downpipe without cat.

For remapping talk to scoobysport about the ECUTEK remap for your ECU. Makes a marked difference in performance. You need to upgrade the fuel pump to match this though.

Don't worry about a blow off valve - very likely to cause more trouble than its worth although some may disagree with me and if you must have one, make sure its recirculating...
