I have just had a post removed from the general area because I said how poor IM was with me this afternoon and that Subaru UK refused to talk and I need to take them to the small claims court - I also named the Warranty Manager as he was so rude and refused to talk to me in more than one sylable

If you want a FREE BBS please speak up NOW

You are not permitted to slag companies, only praise them.

 

Its nice to know if there is a company that people have had problems with before.....
It gives you piece of mind especially if its you pride and joy there dealing with!!

 

It seems to me that there have been a fair few negative posts as well as positive posts regarding suppliers & dealers.
IMHO they have only been removed or locked if they are libelous or just a slagging match.

I have posted and added to some myself.

Pete - I did not see your post that was removed so i cannot comment.

SDB has always seemed fair handed in the past - yes, i hear you say, easy for me to say as i am a moderator. We don't get payed or sign an agreement to do as Simon says.

If i had a problem or thought him unfair, i would let him know. I have found Simon to be a level headed person who listens to all sides. Like many of us hes is a car enthusiast (nut)and was good enough to take on Scoobynet after the last 'owner' decided not to continue. For that he has my admiration.

At the end of the day if you do not like how this BBS is run the vote with your feet (mouse) and or start your own or go to another community.

I do believe that Simon has the best interests of Scoobynet and the community at heart and i for one would be frigging annoyed if it was shut down because of irresponsible or libelous posts (not saying yours was as i did not see it).
