Hi,
Had my 2003 WRX rolling roaded today at Star Performance @ Scottish Scooby meet and won Scoobynet award for Biggest Surprise.
My only mod is a custom built back-box. The car made 240 BHP @ the rollers!!! Well chuffed - get your car checked - it may make more than you expect - it was less than 20 BHP or 30 BHP down on some of the well modded cars.
Brian.

Hi,
Back box only and a small amount of pipe. There was no point in replacing it back to the cat as the pipework was good enough and the new pipework would be the same, only stainless. The pipe bore would need to have been increased to 3 inch to benefit and even then it would still be 2 inch all the way back to the engine anyway.
Performance wise - mmmm - not definite - sounds so much better though - the way a Subaru should rather than the poxy box which was on it as standard.

Had a good start with a spec c sti8 anyway, but the exhaust let it down so I've gone for full decat Milltek with K&N panel filter.
Got a Trust induction originally but that was big mistake.
Tyres are weird semi-slicks which you can't get in this country.
