How do i get the drivers' side front wing off my car. I need to fit a new one and want to know how to do it.

Also any ideas how to get the side skirts and rear quarter plastic things so that i can paint the lot?

 

Plastic inner arch off, indicator out, front part of side skirt off, un-bolt and drop bumper, then undo all the nuts n bolts holding it on (along top of wing in engine bay, ones where the front door hinges to the body, underneath where the side skirt was, think there are some where the indicator was, iirc there are a couple of bolts at the front which are a bit tricky this is where you have to drop the wing and unbolt from underneath the arch at the front
