I have been trying to change the warning beep on my Defi control unit as I Have just had the boost upped but when ever I set it and turn the engine off it just goes back to the original setting.
I have followed the instructions which says press the warning button then the light that flashes quicker is the gauge that will be set changed the boost setting on tyhe gauge then left it untouched for over 5 secs so that it goes back to real mode but this doesn't seem to help.
Any help on this matter would be a great help

I found the wires on radio loom were clearly marked with writing saying what each wire was. Hope your as lucky found permanent live on one of them. had to pick up ignition live from below steering wheel just by fuses. this was on a P1 so may not be the same as yours. you could use a tester or a 12v bulb to find one.
