Default apexi commander

going to go for an apexi power fc and boost controller

do i really need to buy the power fc commander as i will never mess on with the settings once mapped

or is it an essential part of the kit

who's going to map it when you've fitted it?
if it isn't you then dont get the commander

Steve

The commander, although not essential to run/map the car, is an excellent device for monitoring various parameters within the engine. It can for example give a bar or line graph of engine noise (knock) versus engine rpm. It can be a practical alternative to a knocklink for example.
