Default L300 02 Sensor now cheaper?

Bought a L300 02 sensor today.
The guy said they have been reduced, for some reason, end of line maybe?

Well i got one for 25 squidd cheap as chips.

Just got to work out the wires now.

My original lambda has white black and red.
l300 has black and two whites.

i know its only one wire you need to get right, but which one?

Cheers

Not sure on the wires, as mine already had two black & one white wire (UK MY00)

IIRC the signal wire on the red/white/black sensor is WHITE

ON a black/white/white sensor the signal wire is BLACK.

Not sure that Halfords stock these any more. In the last 24 hours I've tried 4 stores locally (Essex/Suffolk) and none had any, and all thought they had been discontinued.

Are/were these a Halfords "own brand" product or are they available elsewhere?
