Question Knocking from rear of car?

Had car serviced yesterday and asked them to see if they could cure a noise coming from the back of my car. Only happens when putting the clutch in under acceleration when changing gear and when down changing.

Sounded like the exhaust knocking or something in the rear door. Has been isolated to a T bar piece underneath the car bolted to the floor and the diff. Noise is apparently caused by the T bar twisting with the diff and knocking the floor. Can be caused by fast starts.
Have been told I can fit new bushes to remedy. Anyone else had this?

The bolts for the T piece are just in front of the rear wheels btw.

I have also had this problem since having my exhaust fitted.

Can the bushes be changed by anyone with basic tools/knowledge or is it a specialised job (eg Ramps etc.)

Cheers
Paul
