Default STI Type UK - Hesitation at 3,000 rpm

Can anyone offer some advice.

Got an STi new which has now got 30,000 miles on it. It seems to splutter at low revs which is more than just turbo lag. At 3,000 revs it has absolutely no power and hesitates really badly. They changed the ECU but no change. They came out with me with something plugged under the dash that checked the performance. They say it's all ok although they admit that they can feel the hesitation. I took out another STI and it performed 10 times better.

They are out of ideas and I'm quickly losing my temper. I can't risk pulling out into traffic as it's a gamble as to whether there'll be any power available. It's a nightmare to drive.

Also the drivers seat squeaks which they say is life. Nothing they can do !!!! Surely these must be warranty claims.

Any help would be grately appreciated.
