Default Camshaft shaft sensor

Hi

I am just changing the oil in MY94 WRX and have been told you should remove the camshaft sensor and turn the car over a few times.

If this is right could tell us were it is.

Thanks for your help.

Dave.

Cam sensor is on RH side head, just above the inlet cam pully wheel (near battery side of engine bay) sensor stays in place just pull off the clip connection to it by pressing it,then pulling if off.

I also remove the crank sensor clip connection too, centre of engine just above the main crank pully.

Fill the new oil filter with oil too.
