apparently you can ,but you need a water tank and the spray nozzle and a switch
I think some people have been using a washer bottle from a import that has a rear washer.
a mate of mine was telling me that the wiring seems to be there just need all the bits

As said before it does make a difference when the temps are high (so probably for about 4 days a year in the UK!!
