What flavour RS should I be putting in my Impreza GL? It gets to do a fair few long journeys, but often journeys of only a few miles too. Also it's going to see some track work in a couple of weeks time.
Where's cheapest for a filter too?
Thanks in advance.

0/40 version would be fine in the normally aspirated Scoob. As RRH says the 0/40 is not favoured for the turbo version where there is more stress and hot bits! I would be tempted to go for the 10/60 for the track day however.

Cheers RRH.
Thanks for the reply John. The 10/60 is cheaper so my preference anyway
.
Will it be ok for the short journeys though? Am I right in thinking it will take longer to warm up and give full protection?
Thanks again,
Ben
