Hose diameters??

Hose diameters??
Was thinking about changing the engine bay hoses to silicone, but Samco's are just a bit too expensive.
I know there are suppliers of silicone hose that sell by the metre (for the smaller sizes) and was thinking about getting a bit of this to replace things like vacuum hoses, etc.
I know the pre-formed stuff will have to be samco (intake, etc) but was trying to save a bit of cash.
Anyone know the diameters for the smaller stuff and maybe the bit between the intercooler and throttle body??
