Default Rear disc rubbing on back plate ......

For some time now I've had a metal on metal rubbing noise coming from my offside rear wheel when leaning hard through left hand bends. Through painting all sorts of pits inside the disc/hub area I've found where it's rubbing;

This ridge on the disc ....

..... is rubbing here on the back plate

Is this likely to be anything other than the wheel bearing? And assuming that that is the case what's involved in changing it? Just dismantling the hub or am I going to need a puller as well?

Cheers
