Not quite sure as to the exact question, if you have a cat in your downpipe then the answer is yes. Catback normally refers to the part exahaust being from the cat backwards, so doesn't mean that it has a cat in it.
If you have a cat in the centre pipe only, then answer is probably as long as it's warmed up proper. That's certainly the road I'm planning on going down in a few weeks time when mine is due as I cant be assed with the hass of changing the downpipe.

Nah, bin about plenty m8. Just noticed that spending too much time in moopets seemed to have a detrimental affect on my bank balance (seemed more fun than w**king ) which had a knock on affect relating to the bits I could afford to bolt on to me scoob
