Hi, my wing mirror has just gone loose and can now be lifted up, i presume there is just a nut that needs tightening to clamp it down tight again- before i break something, has this occurred to anyone else and does the glass just pop out revealing said bolt? - on initial obs i can see no screws on the ball jont clamping it???

There are three screws under the mirror which can come loose.

I think the glass can come out with a screw through a hole on the bottom.


MMMM.....screw..mmm...bottom....hole..back in thirty seconds

 

hiya, cheers for reply, the 3 screws are fine, cant find or see the glass screw at all, since playing around the whole b****Y mirror is now well loose and the folding function just keeps on wiring- simple b****y jobs always get complicated!!

Any more ideas to get the glass out???


All sorted now! a pain in the A**e job.
