Depends how good nick your engine is in really!

Standard internals have reached 440bhp and quite a few over 400bhp.

All depends what supporting mods are with it too.

I would say the next step is speak to Andy F. and get the Apexi Power FC ECU fitted and mapped by him. You will notice a nice difference then. Make full advantage of the FMIC. £700 fitted and mapped. Cant go wrong.

Is yours an import or?

Well depending on how much power you want do your injectors and get an Andy F special TD05/06 20G turbo as well as a remap for a seriously quick car.

IT'll most likely be a TD04, and I would imagine you're not making more than 270-280bhp. I'd also guess that you're approaching the limit of your injectors, as you don't mention any fuel supply mods.

I'd suggest the very next thing you buy is a Knocklink, or Det cans, for your engines safety! Given the level of adjustibility you gace with fuel and boost, you might want to consider a step up to 550cc injectors and a bigger turbo (TD05s can be had fairly cheaply from AndyF) and that should see you with 350bhp or more (welcome to gearbox destroying territory). But as mentioned, you're going to need a remap to achieve it.

get a walbro fuel pump then the power fc next, you will get some money back for the AFC too.

then you will have a safe car while you get some other parts together like injectors and a turbo.

Got my metric and imperials a bit mixed up so instead of running a 40shot (just for cooling) I was running an extra 150bhp

For those who can't see it from the pics the conrod snapped and whacked the underneath of the piston.
