spark plugs getting too hot???
Recenlty changed my plugs to NGK PFR7's and adjusted gap to 0.7mm.
Car ran very very well, but recently, on long motorway journey I started having problems (stuttering, hesitating, misfiring and back firing).
If the car is left to cool the problem repairs itself, then comes back after 10 -15 minutes driving.
I have been told it could be MAF and I have a new one on the way. Just wondering whether spark plugs could be cause.
I have brand new coils by the way.

No mate, if you've just changed from 6's to 7's then your sparkies may be too cold, allowing carbon to build up and causing mis-fire. Check -em and see if they are black and oily looking
