Oil change

I'm looking to do an oil change on my 93 wrx, could anyone tell me where the sump plug is? and what is the best oil to use for my car?

Usually, it's on the bottom of the sump....

Seriously though...If you haven't a clue where the bung is, I'd let someone who knows do it m8!
