Default Oil leak - Help needed

I noticed an oil leak behind the pulleys near the Crank sensor, anyone know what this might be?

Whats involved in fixing these, anyone know the ballpark figures?

same job as a timing belt (get this replaced at same time!!) then another 30mins max. to do seal when its stripped!!
