advice on removing the intercooler
Hi all,
I have just recieved my samco hoses so need to remove the intercooler to fit the ones around the turbo etc. What is the best way of removing it (in stages) almost a step by step process would be useful.
Also, any ideas on how best to fit the radiator ones??
Cheers!
Neil.
P.S. its a 2003 car

remove the bolts at the sides of the cooler, then all the jubilee clips on the throttle body and compressor outlet. stand on the passenger side and move the thing about until the throttle body hose comes off, then pull the whole thing from the turbo.
It takes a bit of effort, but is easy really.
