1st bit of advise is to turn the caps lock off.
Turbo timer is not essential at all, as long as you drive calmly for the last few minutes of your drive, or sit in the car for a minute or 2 before switch off.
What year of car is it?
Most important thing when I get a car is to change all the fluids and filters. Save the money on the timer and get it all square IMHO. And if you're struggling to service it, you might regret it!
