Blitz Nurspec R is the loudest I've heard, but that was on a full de-cat system. Comes with a "bung" if you need to make it quieter from time to time.

I have a Nur SPec R and it is fappin loud
wouldn't chang it for the world - excellently made too!
I hear that the BPM twister is louder still though!

Nur Spec R is the blitz downpipe-back system, Nur Spec is just back-box. I went for the Nur Spec R as it is 3" dia. all the way through - and is mated to a 3" dia H+S downpipe.
The BPM is just a backbox AFAIK looks SWEET though
