Default Overfuelling Damage???

Hi, still having problems with my '93 wrx! (chipped)

had to drive home the other day about 12-15 miles without airflow sensor plugged in.

I drove steady...............feeling the car getting slowy worse.........then it stalled at a junction......went to start.....not firing.....then huge flames out of exhaust............................towed home!!!!

1 week later.......spinning but won't fire!

where do I look first?

cheers guys
Mark.
ps it went through about quarter of a tank of juice on this short journey!

Take it in somewhere, seems like it could be easily fixed though much easier in a workshop

Why did you have to drive home with the MAF disconnected...?

I'd have thought reconnecting it may fix your problem...!

Sounds like a crankshaft position sensor problem to me. Did you check the CEL codes on the ECU?
