hi does anybody no how to tune this device and what does it do does it increase horse power or what is its purpose cheers

Fools the ecu into thinking there is more/less air flowing into the engine, therefore the ecu adds more/less fuel to compensate.
Be aware that if you are adding more fuel, by turning the dials up, you are also advancing the timing

so, in theory, any car with an ecu, that also uses the same sensors could have this installed into it...?
it simply controls fuelling and hence advance.
