In which pipe should the brass restrictor be in for a MY00PPP Classic Impreza ?
If you are looking stood at the front of the engine bay should it be in the one to the right or left of the T-Piece (which goes to the Boost Solenoid)
Just need to clear this up quickly.
Anyone ?

Thanks for that Graham - ok another question for yourself and any other techys out there - what would happen if I were to swap the pipework ? as in switch the pipe with the brass restrictor to the left and the other pipe to the right ?

In theory it would reduce your target boost. If you remember, drilling out the restrictor (or increasing the bore) was done to help stop over boost or boost creep, and 10ths of a mm made 1 or 2 psi difference in target boost. So removing the restrictor altogether would be like increasing the bore from 1.3mm to 4mm (or whatever the bore is of boost hose)...!
