Knocking from the rear on start up

Knocking from the rear on start up
When starting the car (MY00) I get a knocking sound from the rear and it keeps knocking for about 5 seconds after the car has started.
Iv checked the 2 brackets on my standard back box and its not that.

Would have thought thats all it could be really but you never know.
