Default fixing a rattly boot - my98 wagon ??

hi everybody
my wagon's boot is a bit rattly. is there anyway of tightening it up ??
it looks like someone has put tape around the latch to help stop it but obviously this is a temporary fix. on previous cars ive had you could wind out some rubber bungs but i cant seem to find anything like that on the scooby.
any ideas ??

the latch where the boot connects to slides up and down on 2 nuts
they're 13mm, loosen them, then slide it down a little bit and test your boot then

i did the exact thing today to mine on my00 classic
worked for me ;-)
