Front left grinding / rubbing at low speeds
When driving at low speeds I am getting a rubbing/grinding noise from what appears to be the front left of the scoob. It is harsher than a wheel rubbing on the arch; I thought it was only when turning but now it occurs when driving straight also. At speed it seems to disappear.
Brakes are all good with relatively new pads.
Any advice as to possible causes before I start investigating tomorrow? My immediate reaction was either brakes or suspension?? Anybody with any ideas?
Cheers

Looks like I'm not the only one hearing noises

Always difficult to describe a noise on a thread and try and make a diagnosis.
I'm just going to work my way through all possibilities and I WILL find it in the end!!

Could be a wheel bearing.
Is your brake pedal slightly softer after going around some corners (ie if you press your brakes twice in a straight line, is the pedal harder the 2nd time) ? If so, then you'll be experiencing pad knock-off, due to free play in the bearing allowing some free play in the hub and the discs are pushing the pads away from the dics surface slightly.
