Post ECU and other roadmap advice please

Hey

I recently acquired a STi 6, 24000km & mint condition.
My goal is 200Kw at the wheels (for starters)

Current mods on the car:
AP Racing 6 potters
Goodridge Braided Hoses
Brake Cylinder Support Bracket
400bhp Fuel pump
MRT Fuel Rails
Full de cat system
Induction with carbon fibre cold airbox
Biggest MRT top mount intercooler
MRT IC waterspray
Aquamist water injection
Whiteline swaybars with solid drop links
ECUTek

My next mods I want are the following:

TD05/06 18G from AndyF
Apexi Power FC

I'm a technically minded person and like to do things myself, the Apexi Power FC really tickles my fancy. I would like to have my own maps for different fuels, uses and seasons - It gets damn hot in South Africa and pump gas is 93RON, 102.6RON Racing fuel is readily available in 20litre drums.

Would this ECU be good on my car or should I stick with the ECUTek and go visit the tuner each time I want some changes?

Does the turbo I mentioned above sound right for what I want? With the standard turbo VF28 the car did 152Kw/303Nm ATW.

Here's a link to the dyno chart - it looks like the car pulls timing after 4000rpm??

Thanks
