comes as std. matey
its a recirculating variety which means that the excess pressure is "dumped" back into the system.
there is another kind of dumpvalve but common decency (and personal pride) prevents me even mentioning small details.
(try a search and use VTA)

As Peanuts says, the car already has one which works perfectly for cars upto around 350bhp. You can fit alternatives, but the only reason on standard power cars is the silly noise, which you have already declared you don't like. YES, it will invalidate your warranty. You could fit one yourself, it's not too hard so I've heard. Never done it myself.
Money is better spent on a decent filter (JR, K&N, Green, STi), improving brakes (EBC Reds, braided lines, DOT5.1) and suspension tweeks (droplinks, rear ARB, ALK and springs). When the warranty runs out consider decat with remap.
