Has anyone ever purchased a new fuel tank for a classic impreza ?

i'm looking to get one to sit in the spare tyre well in the boot of my type RA.

I've seen some but they seem very expensive, is this what i will have to pay for a safe one ? ?

speak to mark at lateral performance, I think he has a bag tank in the boot of his car. This is a safety requirement but also reduces surge when racing.

Alternatively, speak to any of the rally guys on bbs.22b.com such as adge or mef.

 

Has anyone got any ideas of rough prices for these please ??
