Guys, anyone have any recommendations for my 95MY WRX Wagon that has all of a sudden developed a hesitant boost when around .7 bar in gears mentioned above. Gets up to .7 fine and then hesitates before progressing upto .9.

look at your coil packs also might want to look at the state of your spark plugs

i had 3 coils that were cracked on the ends and had the same symtoms as you
