Hey Guys

I am looking at upgrading the turbo on my 98 UK Turbo. I am also going to change to a FMIC in the not too distant future. What would be the best option here on hybrid turbos? I was thinking of hybriding the original turbo or maybe getting a turbo from an 02 wrx and hybriding that? Or is there a better alternative and what should I expect to see from these units?

the turbo from a 2002 wrx is exactly the same turbo as yours, andyf does a nice ybrid td04 turbo which is about £400 ish for the upgrade and with the right supporting mods he estimates 320/320 out of it

 

I am seeing dyno'd 290FWHP now with ecutek. I am going to be putting a front mount on soon. I would like to see more than 320bhp out of a turbo if I have spent £400 on a hybrid conversion, or are you talking at the wheels 320-330bhp? What are my other options? Anyone?
