Intercooler or charge cooler?

I'd like the guidance of the gurus on this site please, now that the days are warming up and my WRX is upto 340bhp, I think it's time to ditch the factory TMIC.
I've seen all sorts of FMICs out there inc Pace, APS, HKS etc etc. Some requiring cutting of the bumper (not enormously keen on) and others not. In addition to this, a trip to TSL recently introduced me to their nearly ready charge cooler kit. This features an air-air cooler in the standard TMIC location linked to a pre-rad which would be fitted in the bumper recess near the number plate.
Not sure which to go/wait for. Ultimately I'm most interested in reducing inlet temps as much as possible.
Any ideas?

02 UK WRX, engine mods -
uprated fuel pump, 3" full decat, tubular headers, 550cc injectors, vf34 roller bearing turbo, panel filter and turbosmart dumpvalve, remap.
Now looking to upgrade the intercooler.
