Whats the best stuff to use on a relatively modded 03?

also, whats the best price on castrol syntrax??

A good synthetic 75/90 such as Millers CRX, Silkolene Syn5 etc.
For Syntrax (now known as Driveline) try Castrol themselves www.castrolclassicoils.co.uk 4ltrs at £31.96 post free (I assume it's for the gearbox?)
