Default NGK Spark Plugs

I'm running a MY94 modded STi Version 1, the spark plugs fitted are NGK Greddy 8 T7340-8 would anyone know where I could maybe find these for ordering on line? Would Halfords or my local Auto Parts stock such a plug??

Are the T7340-8's a cold running plug, would the PFR7-B's be a safe alternate?

Ran 7B's in my old MY99 STi Type R with no problems, loads of Scoobynetters use them as well, checkout

Or ring stockcar at http://www.asperformance.com/
