What rolling road was used?
What ecu ?
Who mapped it?

Would of thought with those mods it would be making be around 330/310.

Hi,
the rollers were dyno dynamics, the ecu is Apexi PFC.

Did you run at WRC-Tech, or somewhere else with DynoDynamics rollers? I have seen some oddball things with the DynoDynamics rollers, mainly with getting the turbo to spool up like it does on the road.

But will depend on the boost that was actually running during the power run.

Hi paul,
the boost was supposed to be set at 1.2 bar, but the readings on the printout showed the boost only making about 13.8psi, less than 1 bar, but am not sure if the boost was calibrated correctly on the apexi?
Julian
To add, the car made 251 BHP and 270lb/ft with just the decat and prodrive ECU(plus pumpk and n and fse reg)

well there is your answer, plus you may also have an exhaust leak etc which will make the cars power lower. 1,2 bar on a td05 isnt going to be very high anyway. i ran a td05 on the rollers and it only made 320bhp at 1.2 bar when it was mapped for 1.6bar so yours seems pretty normal

but is the car quicke now or before rolling roads are a bad idea as most peeps think there cars will achieve X amount bhp and when it doesnt they assume there is a fault or the spending increases just enjoy the car

i say that that powerclaim is correct. Due to the poor cooling on the rollers you didn't make normal boost. If you made 1.2bar you would be in the 320-30bhp.
That's why i prefer the Gtech/ApexiRSM roaddyno's. They show fairly descent power figure's if setup properly and match the deltadash roaddyno figures
