As the title states - my Type-R (that i've only had a few months) I/C water does not work.
I've had it on auto since i've owned the car (press the auto button and a light in the button comes on)
Only today after a bit of enthusisatic driving i pressed it manually and nothing happened - You can normallly hear it wizzing if it was working - any ideas...?
Cheers
p.s. the i/c water bottle is full - not empty

Maybe the electrical pump in the refill bottle not working. I guess thats what makes the whizzing sounds? You could test it on its own by supplying power to it, see if it works.

HI on the bottom of your i/c spray bottle there is a small electrical pump by removing this pump you can bench test to see if operational if ok,try removing the small plastic hose from bottle to spray heads mounted just inside your air scoop flush these out with air/water to clean or replace with new,you may have some muck lodged inside the pipe if you can here the pump spinning.
