Default Scooby Breathing

Hi All,

I have recently bought my first scooby, it being a 2000 Uk Turbo (currently standard apart from Sebring Twin back box). I'm probably being really stupid here but as cars is not my business i'm going ask anyway.

I want to upgrade the breathing of the car to hopefully get it a few more horses and a few more sounds but keeping it safe and enhance the engine.

I've read so many adverts selling up pipes, down pipes, center sections, a million and one different air filters, some replacement panel, some induction......god the list goes on and prices vary so much.

Being an absolute newbie to the world of scoob and not being mechanically minded really i was hoping for some advice on what types of set up you guys use and some recommended solutions.

Regards
