Hi guys and gals.
I've got a 1994 Impreza WRX which has a stainless exhaust and induction kit. I started having problems with it after the clutch and flywheel were changed. The car will boost to 0.8 bar but when it reaches about 4k revs it seems to splutter and hesitate and not want to pull past 5k. Every now and again there is a little pop (unburnt fuel?) Bear with me.....
So far I've cleaned the boost solenoid valve, replaced the spark plugs to NGK PFR7b gapped to 0.61, changed the MAF sensor (which cleared that fault(, changed the coolant temp sensor (hasn't cleared that fault?) and also changed the hose that comes off the bottom of the intercooler and goes to the turbo as it was split. All of the other hoses look OK to me and the boost gauge pipework is fine.
Reading other threads the only other thing it could be is the coil packs but at £73+vat each It's not going to be cheap. Is there any way of finding which one is faulty and replacing that one or shall I bight the bullet and change them all. Don't want to go second hand as I tried this and it hasn't cured the problem! Any ideas from anyone?!
I've got a Walboro 255 fuel pump arriving today but I really am clutching at straws and this car is driving me round the bend!
Any help would be great!

Cheers Graig, did you replace them with brand new ones or second hand? If they were new do you remember where you got them from? Cheers.

coilpacks new from a friendly main dealer are £50.23 + vat each.
part no. 22433AA330
With 2nd hand there is always that doubt if there good or not.
If you have a friend with a uk vin no (pre 96) then the main dealer should sell you them. Just dont tell them yours is an import.
Or you jcould just try quoting the part number.
