Default ECU RESET AND ECUTEK

may be a stupid question but can i still reset the ecu after its been ecutek'd (it won't loose the data will it)
Please forgive me if this is a stupid question.

Yes you can & No it won't lose the data. What MY?? have you got?

If it's a newage car you can't reset the ecu without OBD2 hardware anyway.

Thanks its 2002 WRX I've got a psi3 monitor in the dash tha i can use to do a reset.

Actually you can reset in the same manner (connecting green wire's as for classics). It's more a question of not generally needing to as the newage ecu's learn in real time.
