Default Advice on removing gauges and boost controller

OK, situation is - the scoob I bought has Greddy electronic warning gauges, one for the Turbo and one for Temp ( although not sure what temp its measuring ! ) also has a Profec B boost controller fitted.

I'm quite happy to admit ( as my ***** is already big enough ) that these arent really anything I need for my level of driving and experience, the standard ( ish ) engine is more than enough for me.

So... I'm looking to remove them, but dont know my way around the Scoob engine well enough to DIY - does anyone know of any decent garages near to Cardiff who could be trusted with removing them and putting the engine back to standard without A) greasing me up and getting me to grab my ankles on the price ( looking at the instructions of how they are fitted, cant see it would be more than 2 or 3 hours labour at the most to remove them ) and B) remembering to plug up all the holes etc... so the engine doesnt blow up.

My local official dealer is CVC, but have heard plenty of horror stories about them.

Or.... should I just leave it all in and not bother just for the pose value, even if they never get used ?
