Had my 2001 wrx ppp for a month or so now and have a bad judder from the cluth (especially when cold)and through this site was advised to 'shave' the clutch by revving the engine and dropin the clutch. Car worked well for 3 weeks but.....the same old problem started again. Now thinkin about returning it subaru dealer to see what they can do. There was lots of posts saying the 'housing gets replaced with that from the P1'....can someone expalain what the P1 is and whats the chances of the dealer doing something or just fobbing me off. Just got the details through the post from Subaru about the year warranty and notice that 'wear an tear exclusion' so am just wanting to know if this is a fault that can be fixed (anyone had the same issue with a dealer???)or if its recognised as wear and tear and just to get on with it.
