FSE and SX fuel pressure regs
I currently hve an FSE on there and will be putting on the SX 15404 when it turns up.
Found the box for the FSE today and turns out its a 1:1.7 rising rate version. Is the SX one the same or is it a 1:1?
If it is this means the my fueling will be all a bit screwed wont it? Hmmm oh dear.
Any help?

Hi I have a SX coming from carl davey second group buy. They are 1.1 If your car has been remapped then you'll need another map to alter the fuelling.

beware that all of the FSE boxes are exactly the same....................
to clarify the exact one you have then when viewed it will have either a large rubber sandwich plate between the two aluminium halves (1.7>1) or it will have simply a rubber ring seal (1>1).................
hope this helps, alyn

Nezz10 - I asked AndyF the same question (I have an Apexi PowerFC mapped by him) because I'm in the same position as you and he said that it would be fine as long as I set the SX to the same pressure (3 bar at atmo in my case). I can't say if the same will apply to you but can you not ask whoever mapped your car originally? Hope this helps...
