Question crakling noise when switching the engine of

Does anyone know what this is,
It always does it,when switching the engine of it makes like a ticking/crakling sort of noise?
Is this normal?

The noise is just the exhaust heat shields contracting back to there original state as they cool. As was said above, perfectly normal.
