Default Ticking noise

Hi any ideas on a ticking/tapping noise? The noise only happens at low revs and you can only hear it sitting in the car. When you listen for it with someone else revving the car you cant hear it (even with bonnet open)

Could be the fuel injectors, or cam followers if they are worn. (if Scoobies have em').

Mine made that noise (ticking) before the clutch release bearing gave in.
