HOW DO I DRAIN MY WATER SYSTEM ON MY 95WRX

There seem to be alot of plugs and stuff to drain my water system, but which one is it? also where is the thermostat? and last of all which hose is the cylinder outlet?

Radiator has a drain plug at the bottom on the drivers side facing the engine

looking at front of car..bottom rad hose joins to ally housing on engine..inside that is t'stat.
